Catherine Arambula - Estrella

Transformed. Relevant. Successful. These are words that define MANA de San Diego under the leadership of Catherine Arambula, MANA de San Diego Past President.

With guidance from Catherine, MANA de San Diego has achieved several impressive firsts: first endowment, first full-time executive director position, first annual report. MANA has also thrived financially during Catherine’s tenure: increased assets, gross revenue, net income, membership. And MANA became an award-winning and nationally acclaimed non-profit organization, while Catherine was at the helm.

Catherine has served in various capacities at MANA, including a role as a Board Member at large and speaker at the 2009 Latina Success Conference. She has dedicated over 1,200 volunteer hours for governance, operations, program, fundraising, marketing and administration. Catherine has enhanced and created partnerships with key individuals, organizations and businesses in San Diego, for the benefit of MANA.

A native of National City and a proud graduate of Sweetwater Union High School and San Diego State University, College of Business, Catherine credits her parents for inspiring and guiding her to always strive for excellence. Catherine mentors MANA Board Members and Staff, strengthening Latina leadership in San Diego. Catherine is a MANA Estrella.
